These seed packets are FULLY ASSEMBLED.

What's included:

♥ 2" white plantable seed heart adhered to each card

♥ The cards are completely customizable on the backside. However, if you prefer a different sentiment on front or prefer a different font or font color, please send me a message prior to purchasing.

♥ The seeds are embedded in the hearts, and each has it's own texture and uniqueness. The hearts are embedded with a Wildflower Seed Mix consisting of a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.
