These plantable seed paper memorial cards will grow beautiful wildflowers in memory of your loved one and allow them to remember your loved one for years to come.

Each card is personalized with your loved one's name and dates (optional) and measure 3.25" x 2.5" inches.
Each card has a 2" white plantable seed heart adhered to each card.

♥ The plantable seed hearts are embedded with wildflower seeds and each has it's own texture and uniqueness. The hearts are embedded with a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.

Optional: packaged in clear cello bags
