These plantable Seed Paper Cards are perfect to give to teachers, Open House and Back to School gifts, student teacher gift, or from the PTA or PTO.

These seed cards are FULLY ASSEMBLED.

Each card measures 3 7/8"W x 5 1/8"H and can be printed on the following cardstock options:
Smooth White
Smooth Cream
Brown Kraft

What's included:

♥ 2" W x 2 5/8" H" white plantable seed hearts
** Optional: Clear Cello Bags

The cards are completely customizable, please include the personalization in the option provided.

Each seed heart is embedded in the hearts and each has it's own texture and uniqueness. The hearts are embedded with a Wildflower Seed Mix consisting of a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.
