These plantable seed paper memorial cards are a beautiful way to remember a beloved cat or dog that will be sure to bring happy memories for years to come.

These seed packets are FULLY ASSEMBLED.

What's included:

♥ 2" white plantable seed heart adhered to each card

Optional: packaged in clear cello bags

Cards can be printed on:

Smooth white
Smooth cream
Brown kraft cardstock

Cardstock Selection (brown kraft, white or cream)

♥ The cards are completely customizable with your pets name and date (optional) on the front and planting instructions on the backside. However, if you prefer a different sentiment on front or prefer a different font or font color, please send me a message prior to purchasing.

♥ The seeds are embedded in the hearts, and each has it's own texture and uniqueness. The hearts are embedded with a Wildflower Seed Mix consisting of a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.
