* In order to keep production times down, proofs are only sent by request or for custom orders. Please keep in mind that if you requested a proof, it must be approved prior to printing. Also, please be aware that your order might be shipped the later than the shipping estimated date.

* Custom orders are always welcome! If you would like a custom tag created, please send us a convo and we'll be happy to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Custom orders include altering the layout of the tag or changing the text and/or font.

*Listings are for tags only (ribbon, string, twine etc are not included.

* Any changes/revisions made after an order has been placed (i.e. shipping address, personalization, quantity, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. Please be sure to provide all the accurate information when placing an order to avoid any delays or printing errors. Thanks so much, I truly appreciate it. :)

* Please note my current lead time is 5-7 business days. Upgrading your shipping does NOT rush your order. If you need your order PRIOR to the estimated shipping date please send me a message and request your order to be rushed. The rush fee is $25 and includes free Priority Shipping.
